PRESIDENT & Co-Founder

Mojdeh Stoakley is the President & Co-Founder of Lethal Poetry, Inc. She graduated from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago with a BFA in interdiciplinary studio practices. As the leader-of-the-pack, Mojdeh's primary responsibilities include Lead Curation, Marketing Director, and she is the executive producer of majority of Lethal Poetry's productions. Mojdeh is also the primary talent buyer, webdesigner and event developement leader. In her non-Lethal life, Mojdeh is an esteemed writer, photographer, sound engineer, visual artist, and co-composer / multi-instrumentalist in The Mojdeh Project.

VICE PRESIDENT & Co-Founder

Fyodor Sakhnovski is the Vice President & Co-Founder of Lethal Poetry, Inc. He graduated from UIC Magna Cum Laude with B.A. in Media Studies and minor in Philosophy. While all Lethal-Owners wear several hats, Fyodor's primary role is as the PR and Media Relations Director. He is also one of the talent buyers, a general administrator, event organizer & promoter. In his non-Lethal life, Fyodor also works as a producer in public radio, and is a co-composer & multi-instrumentalist in The Mojdeh Project.

VISUAL DIRECTOR & Co-Owner

Lauren Herrmann is finishing her BFA in photography at UIC right now. She snuck her way into becoming a perminent fixture in the Lethal family by always proving to be a valuable and trustworthy resource to the growth of Lethal Poetry. She was there when it all began, at the first Night of Sight & Sound, March 1st, 2008 - since then she has put in her thousand hours as a volunteer w/LP until it became evident that she wasn't going anywhere! Lauren's primary role as Visual Director includes, curating art exhibitions, managing documentation teams, managing designers, and being our direct resource and outreach coordinator to the visual art community! Lauren is also overseeing the Lethal Poetry Expansion Project, so that LP can continue to produce events and support artists but also provide creative services; ie. photography, sound recording, & design. With her keen management skills, LP is able to offer these services right now!
